1. Where can I find details about Emirates SkyCargo products?

To find out about all our product details please click on the ‘Products’ tab.

2. How do I get an online quotation for a general cargo shipment?

Click on the 'Get a quote' function for general cargo. You can also contact your local Emirates SkyCargo office for help. You can find you nearest local office contact details here.

3. How do I get an online quotation for a special cargo shipment?

For any special cargo quotations, like transport of pets, cars, live animals please contact your local Emirates SkyCargo local office. You can find your nearest office contact details here.

4. How can I check for availability on a flight/route?

You will be able check real time availability by using the 'Check availability' option.

5. How do I get a user ID to log to the skycargo.com website?

To receive login credentials, please register by clicking on ‘Register’ or here.

6. How can I create a new booking?

Log into your account and use the ‘Create booking’ option under ‘Shipping tasks’.

7. How can I amend my booking details?

Log into your account. Under the 'My SkyCargo' tab you’ll find 'Manage bookings' where you can amend all your booking details.

8. Can I change the booking details after shipment is physically accepted in the waybill?

Unfortunately you won’t be able to change any booking details once the shipment is physically accepted in the warehouse. To amend any booking post acceptance, you’ll need to contact your local Emirates SkyCargo office. You can find your nearest office contact details here.

9. Can I amend any details once the AWB is executed?

You won’t be able to amend any details once the AWB is executed. Please contact your local Emirates SkyCargo office for help. You can find your nearest office contact details here.

10. Do you have door-to-door service? How can I book it?

We’re happy to offer a door-to-door service to selected destinations. Please choose 'Product booking' under the Shipping tasks option to create a door to door booking.

11. Is it possible to download standard tariff from skycargo.com?

It’s currently not possible to download standard tariff online. Please contact your local Emirates SkyCargo office to get the standard tariff. You can find your nearest office contact details here.

12. Can I print a draft MAWB copy from website?

We apologise that this functionality isn’t yet available online.

13. Can I print an HAWB from skycargo.com?

We apologise that this functionality isn’t yet available online.

14. Can I view/print the invoices for all my export/import shipments?

To view the charges for export & Import shipments, please choose the 'Billing' option under 'My SkyCargo'.

15. How can I issue a delivery order from the website?

To issue the delivery order, please choose manage delivery under the My SkyCargo option.

16. Can I issue a delivery slip from website?

You will be able can issue a delivery slip online. In order to do so please choose 'Manage delivery' under the My SkyCargo option.

17. How can I activate automated status messages for the bookings which I create?

To set up automated status messages for your bookings; please go to My SkyCargo then choose Set status notification.

18. How can I update /amend an existing address which is saved in my address book?

To update/amend an existing address click on My SkyCargo then choose Address book.

19. Can I file a customer complaint online?

If you wish to give us feedback; please choose the Customer relations option under My SkyCargo.

20. Can I file an official claim online?

To file a claim online, choose the ‘Customer relations’ option under ‘My SkyCargo’.
